Accessibility Statement

This site has been updated using Web standards that make it more accessible to visitors who use screen readers, key commands, or other non-traditional methods to navigate Web sites. These methods also make the content more accessible across platforms and Web-browsing devices.

Browser Compatbility

This site is designed and tested on the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 6 and 7
  • Firefox 1.5 and above
  • Opera 8 and above

  • Safari
  • Firefox 1.5 and above

Visual Design

This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout. Most font sizes are relative, compatible with the user-specified "text size" option in visual browsers. If your browser or browsing device does not support stylesheets at all, the content of each page is still readable.

All content images used in this site include descriptive ALT attributes. Purely decorative graphics are assigned in the cascading style sheets. This makes the site more flexible to different Web-enabled devices.

For the most part, this site uses valid, semantic xHTML-compliant markup. Following standards compliance allows the site to be viewed by users with special needs.

We are still updating some older templates and hope to have the entire site converted as soon as possible.

Access Keys

An access key allows a user to immediately jump to a specific part of a Web page or site using keyboard shortcuts.

For Internet Explorer

Pressing ALT (PC) or CTRL (Mac) along with the appropriate character on the keyboard, then ENTER.

For Firefox

Pressing ALT (PC) or CTRL (Mac), and sometimes SHIFT, along with the appropriate character on the keyboard.
