Summary

This curriculum is intended to assist health professionals in providing ongoing education and support to parents and caregivers of HIV-positive children being treated with ARVs. It provides guidance for a 2-session adherence literacy course and ongoing clinic-based educational sessions. The package also includes visual aids adapted in Botswana from materials produced by Mango Tree Educational Enterprises in Uganda.
